HOW LONG DO MEALS LAST?

We recommend consuming our meals within 3-5 days

HOW ARE MEALS REHEATED?

Our containers are microwave and dishwasher-safe. We recommend removing or venting the lid, and reheating meals for 2:00-2:30 minutes. Our containers are 100% recyclable and reusable for your convenience.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

We do not enforce subscriptions or obligations. Simply order on the weeks you need us and disregard on weeks you are not interested. Our minimum requirement is 3 meals/order... that's it!

CAN MEALS BE FROZEN?

While we have been informed that our meals CAN be frozen, we cannot guarantee the same quality and therefore do not recommend.
